RYHA Fees

There are up to four fees a family may be responsible for, depending on player level and team placement.

1. USA Hockey Fee

All players must complete annual USA Hockey registration prior to registering with RYHA.

The USA Hockey fee is determined by the player’s birth year and age classification.

2. RYHA Registration Fee

The registration fee is due at the time of registration and is listed in the fee schedule below.

• All registration payments must be made online through Crossbar
• A “pay offline” option is not available

• Registration Opens: August 1
• Registration Closes: August 31

Registrations for Squirt through Bantam players received after August 31 will be assessed a $100 late fee in accordance with Section 7.5 of the RYHA Operations Manual.

3. Level Fee

Level fees vary by age level and are based on factors such as ice time and the number of scheduled away tournaments. Home tournaments hosted by RYHA are included at no additional cost.

Level fees are collected by the team manager after tryouts and team formation and are paid to RYHA by check.

4. Team Fee (Maximum $100*)

Teams may collect an additional team fee of up to $100 per player to cover team expenses.

*Teams may choose to participate in additional away tournaments beyond those included in the season schedule. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the team and may be included in the team fee.
