Coaching staff certifications are completed and up to date.
Schedule games and tournaments as needed.
Schedule referees in Arbiter for all home games.
Collect team fees.
Recruit and assign team volunteers.
Appoint a team manager.
Identify and schedule locker room attendants, as needed.
Ensure all locker room attendants complete USA Hockey SafeSport Training.
Add sponsorship information to your team webpage following the provided instructions.
Ensure parents sign up to volunteer for your team's tournaments.
Release unused practice ice as soon as you know it will not be needed.
