RYHA Hockey Classroom
Guidelines
The purpose of the RYHA hockey classroom is to provide a dedicated space, along with the necessary tools, for coaches and players to discuss and learn the game of hockey.
Please respect and help maintain this space at all times.
Approved Use
Team meetings and classroom instruction only
No team parties or parent meetings
Room Expectations
Return the room to the condition in which you found it
Return all tables and chairs to their original positions
Clean up all trash and messes
Close and lock all cabinets
Ensure classroom doors are locked upon departure
TV Use
HDMI and iPad connections are available for presentations
Please lock the TV cabinet after use
Scheduling Guidelines
Weekdays:
Local high school teams may use the classroom until 5:30 PM
After 5:30 PM, high school teams may drop in if the room is available
RYHA teams may use the classroom after 5:30 PM
If available before 5:30 PM, RYHA teams may also drop in
Weekends:
The classroom may be reserved by any Rochester team (HS or RYHA)
Teams may drop in at any time if the room is open
Reservations
The classroom must be reserved online prior to use
Questions or Issues
Please contact the Boys Unit Coordinator if you have any questions or issues regarding the classroom. The Boys Unit Coordinator can also provide the lock box code needed for room access.
