The great thing about this workout is that you don't need anything except for a little bit of space. All of the exercises use minimal space and only body weight and focus on speed for hockey players.
This workout is a good one for all age levels because there are no weights or props involved. You can do this in a relatively small space too. It is designed to help you stay strong on the puck.
The Heiden Circuit is based off of a series of leg workouts that Eric Heiden used during his prime as one of the most accomplished Olympic Speed Skaters ever. When you are ready to move up from juggling to more read and respond training, this is the place to start. When you are on the ice, the pucks placement is not predictable and it certainly does not rely on you placing it is just the right spot (the way juggling does). The puck will do what it wants and you will need to respond to that with the correct movement.
